Ulster vs Edinburgh
Ulster will be looking to get back to winning ways when they welcome Edinburgh to the Kingspan Stadium. Both teams are coming off losses with the visitors arguably more disappointing in their home loss to Benetton. The home side went down to Glasgow last time out and will be glad to be back on their Kingspan patch where they are unbeaten this season. Edinburgh have a star-studded team but have lacked any rhythm in attack and will be hoping that new recruit Ben Healy can link up his potent backline that includes Blair Kinghorn and Duhan van der Merwe.
TIP: It is fair to say that both these teams have been disappointing from an attacking sense as they have world class backline players who don’t see enough ball. Ulster’s biggest weapon is their driving maul, if Edinburgh want to be competitive in the match, they will need to nullify the maul. The visitors have struggled with their attack and will be hoping that Emilliano Boffelli returns soon as he can provide the spark that is badly missing. The bookies have Ulster as favourites and I’m also tipping them for the win. The best odds on this bet are as follows: Betway 1.25, Gbets 1.25 and Hollywoodbets 1.25
Ulster vs Edinburgh

- The last time Edinburgh beat Ulster was in 2018.
Latest results for both teams
Ulster lost 33-20 to Glasgow in their last match while Edinburgh lost 24-22 to Benetton in their last match.
The battle in the scrums will be something to behold as the world cup winning Springbok Steven Kitshoff faces up against the all-Scottish front row of Edinburgh. The home side have struggled to put in an 80-minute performance at home and twice had to come from behind to win. They will be looking for a better start as their opponents are also fast starters. Edinburgh will want Van der Merwe to be more involved as it takes two or more players to bring him to ground. The better balance of the home side makes me predict an Ulster win by more than 10 points.
