Brumbies vs Force
Brumbies will be looking to go one better than last year when they lost in the final to the Reds in the Australian domestic competition. The Force gave a good account of themselves in the same competition and will be looking to continue their progress. The Brumbies have managed to keep most of their international players from last season and they will be among the favourites for this competition. The Force have also retained most of their players but the one player that has left is Irish international Rob Kearney.
TIP: Both these teams have very similar styles of play that is very set piece dominated and don’t often throw the ball around. The Brumbies to their credit have been trying to change their style and be more attacking. They certainly have got some of the best attacking players like Tom Banks and Tom Wright. The bookies have the Brumbies as favourites and I also tip them for the win. The best odds on this bet are as follows: Worldsportsbetting 1.16, Playabets 1.17 and Sunbet 1.18

PREDICTION
The Brumbies possess the best driving maul in Super Rugby and if the Force are to cause an upset their maul defence will have to be excellent. The Force will need to get more out of their attack as last season they had lots of possession in their matches but lacked creativity. New flyhalf Reesjan Pasitoa will be hoping that he can ignite a backline that contains players like Toni Pulu and Manasa Mataele. Both these players are proven try scorers and if they can get the ball in space they could cause problems. I predict a Brumbies win by more than 14 points.

Predictions and Odds in details
The Brumbies have proven very difficult to beat in Canberra and the Force have never beaten the Brumbies at home. The home team will continue their tactic of not kicking for points when they get a penalty. They always back their forwards to score from the maul. The Force’s discipline needs to be spot on otherwise they will be in big trouble. There are decent odds on the Brumbies win but we suggest the home team on the handicap for better returns. The best odds on this bet are as follows: Worldsportsbetting (-11.5) 1.90, Sunbet (-11.5) 1.82 and Playabets (-11.5) 1.90
