20-11-2021 Daily Prediction Rugby International France vs New Zealand

France vs New Zealand

France and New Zealand will be butting heads in what is perhaps the most highly anticipated clash of the entire Autumn Nations Series, not least because it will give rugby fans an insight into the tournament opener of the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Both nations have been touted as potential finalists at that event, even despite being drawn together in Pool A and despite some hiccups throughout 2021. After four defeats by a margin of four or fewer points throughout their first eight games of the year – all of which they had opportunities to secure victory – France would be encouraged to have recorded the last points of the game against both Argentina  and Georgia .

TIP: The All Blacks will be smarting after getting thoroughly outplayed in their last match against Ireland. Ireland showed what many people knew , that the All Blacks had a weak forward pack. The French have selected a huge pack for this clash and have also selected Johnathan Danty in the midfield. He is a damaging runner who will no doubt be looking to bash his way through the All Blacks defence. The bookies have New Zealand  as favourites but I’m tipping France for the upset win. The best odds on this bet are as follows:  Worldsportsbetting 3.10, Playabets 2.85 and Sunbet 2.75

PREDICTION

Every rugby lover will be hoping for good weather in Paris as these are two of the most exciting teams in world rugby. The battle at nine is one of the highlight as the two best scrumhalves clash. They are different types pf player as Anton Dupont is electric around the field with his pace while Aaron Smith looks to put his players into gaps. There are dangerous players on both sides with the like of Will Jordan and Damien Penaud lining up on the wings. The match will however be won by the forwards and this is where I feel the home side is stronger. I fancy a shock win by the hosts by 3 points.

Predictions and Odds in details

The French love to scrum more than anything else and the All Blacks can expect a barrage at scrum time. The French have loaded their team with big man and will be relentless against the men in black. The home team have an exceptional bench and this is where there is a major difference between the sides. Traditionally the last quarter is when the All Blacks are most dangerous but this French team will win the match in the last quarter. There are great odds on the home upset victory but if you looking for a safer bet I suggest the French on the handicap. The best odds on this bet are as follows: Worldsportsbetting (+5.5) 1.90, Sunbet (+5.5) 1.90 and Playabets (+5.5) 1.83
