Gloucester vs Exeter Chiefs
Gloucester welcome the Exeter TO Kingsholm for this Premiership encounter. The home team will be looking to end a run of two defeats while the visitors are also looking to bounce back after losing their last match. Gloucester have had an awful season in the league but are in the semi-finals of the Challenge Cup. They have rested some key players as they focus on next weeks knockout match. Exeter on the other hand have their sights firmly fixed on a playoff position and are currently five points behind the fourth placed team. They will want nothing less than a bonus point win to keep their hopes alive.
TIP: Despite Gloucester resting some players, they have still managed to field a very strong team while Exeter have gone for their strongest team. There are a few key match ups but none more intriguing than on the win where Ollie Thorley and Immanuel Feyi-Waboso clash. The former was a favourite for the English wing position only to be upstaged by the Chiefs man in recent times. The bookies have the Exeter Chiefs as favorites and I’m also tipping them for the win. The best odds on this bet are as follows: Betway 1.33, Gbets 1.33 and Hollywoodbets 1.33

PREDICTION
Since the departure of Johan Ackerman, Gloucester have been playing a forwards orientated game with their driving maul their biggest weapon. Exeter have a similar game plan so the match will be decided in the forward. The visitors have surprised many this season with their young squad who have performed way above expectations. This is largely due to the form of Henry Slade who has guided the young team with aplomb. Exeter will have more to play for so they could feel the pressure while Gloucester can play with freedom. I still expect Exeter to win this match by 4 points.
