Saturday’s horse racing action is available from the Western Cape, with a ten-race program from the Durbanville Turf track. Racing begins at 12:00 and includes three competitive Class A events. NAVY STRENGTH takes a drop in class. Despite carrying top weight of 61.5kgs, he is the class horse in this field and represents excellent EW value.

Race 5 – 2000m (Maiden Plate)
SANSA STARK is taking on male rivals and receives a sex allowance. Carded to race with 56.5kgs, she should be competitive from a pole draw.

HELIOTROPE last few starts have been good, especially against male rivals. Back in her own sex company, she should run well and finish in the money.
