COUNT INVICTO is unbeaten in two starts. He does take on stronger here but could be open to further improvement. I will take my chances on the three-year-old running a good race.

Race 4 – 2000m (FM 84 Handicap)
I AM REGAL fought well for her last win and is in top form. She has won two of her last three races and should be the horse to beat in this competitive race.

DAMOVA has won her last two starts and is back against her own sex. She is in a good space and was not heavily penalized for her wins. I expect a good effort and she can complete the hat trick of wins.

Race 6 – 1400m (Middle Stakes)
The combination of BOB’S YOUR UNCLE and apprentice jockey Girish Samo-Burthia merits healthy respect. They won well last time and once again carries a low mass of 50kgs. From a pole draw, I will be shocked if the five-year-old runs out of the top three.

Race 7 – 1000m (Middle Stakes)
SIMPLY MAJESTIC is the best weighted runner in this race and should be the horse to beat. She is making her seasonal debut and if fit and ready to go, she should run into the money.

SAMOA took on stronger last time and ran well when finishing third. She is back in her own class now and should be competitive. At the age of 10, the mare still loves her racing, and she can close the meeting with a win for us.
