It’s another poor-quality field for a maiden juvenile, and finding a winner has been challenging. Ultimately, we decided to take a chance with the recently gelded Mister Speaker. If he has taken to his gelding and is well to run, he should improve from his moderate form to run well in this field.

Race 3 – 1200m (Maiden Plate)
The tough races keep coming on Friday at Fairview, and another poor-quality field to kick off the Pick 6. If you are playing a Pick 6, we recommend taking the field for this race, as anyone can win based on the lack of good horses running. With that thinking, we are in the camp of Tornado King, who showed improvement in his last start. With 4kgs off, and if he can reproduce that run, he can run into the money in this race at a massive price.

Race 4 – 1400m (Maiden Plate)
My True Love has shown consistent form before her last run and can return to that form from a good draw. She is not the stable elect in this race, but she has shown she is a good filly and can run into the money with some luck.

Race 5 – 1400m (MR 90 Handicap)
El Romiachi is well-weighted in this race and should get the better of some shorter-priced horses. He is priced at 14/1 due to being off the track for five months, but if he is fit and ready to go, he represents excellent EW value.

Race 6 – 1600m (Pinnacle Stakes)
Luna Halo is the best-weighted class horse in this field and is our best bet on the card. We are shocked that you can get evens on her to win this race, and we guarantee that she will be trading at around 4/10 race time on Friday. In 12 races, she has seven wins and two seconds and will take a power of beating here. A banker in all exotics, and we encourage our readers to have a good bet on the three-year-old star filly.

She is speedy and always jumps well, and from her good draw of three, she may be hard to catch at the finish. She is weighted to finish closer to some of her rivals and has upset potential in the lucky last at Fairview.
