EL ROMIACHI is better than his last two races. Carded to race with 55.5kgs, and if he reproduces his best form, he should be competitive in this field.

Race 4 – 1600m (MR 96 Handicap)
For all exotics players, you must go wide in this leg. It is a competitive race, and many with winning chances. I believe there is massive EW value on FUNKY MUSIC. He has been disappointing since moving to the Eastern Cape. However, he is racing with a handy mass of 54.5kgs and can sneak into the placings.

ABSOLU NOIR is taking on stronger, but he is in good form. He races with just 49.5kgs, and despite a wide draw, his low mass could prove the difference between a place finish and running out of the money.

Race 7 – 1200m (FM 66 Handicap)
HOLLY’S VIEW needed her comeback run and should strip fitter. She carries top weight, but on best form she should run into the placings.

Race 8 – 1000m (MR 74 Handicap)
WILLIAM THE FIRST is better than his last start. His form before that run was good, and he can bounce back in the lucky last. He takes a drop in class, and racing with 58kgs, and he represents the EW value.
