BLOWIN IN THE WIND has some good form lines, and her last three starts have been excellent. She should once again finish in the placings with some luck in running.

Race 2 – 1400m (FM 94 Handicap)
PERILLA ran well in a Listed event two races back and followed up with two wins. She has good form, with three wins and a second in her last four runs. With some luck, she can contest the finish and win again.

Race 3 – 1800m (Maiden Plate)
NEW FRONTIER has finished second in his last two starts and is the horse to beat. He should shed his maiden tag soon and meets the right field to finally get his first win.

Race 4 – 1800m (Maiden Plate)
HURRICANE FLIGHT has been running well and is consistent. She always tries her best, and I expect another good run and a place finish. She represents the EW value in this maiden race.

GOOD TRAVELLER is a top racehorse who has gone off the boil over the past 18 months. However, he still runs well despite his MR drop. He carries 58.5kgs and is my pick to cause an upset.
Suggested Bet – GOOD TRAVELLER EW @ 6/1
Race 7 – 1400m (MR 102 Handicap)
SHAMPOMPO SHAMPIZI is better than his last start. He won well before that run and can bounce back to his best here. Carded to race with 57kgs, he represents nice EW value.

Race 8 – 1400m (MR 67 Handicap)
BRASS BELL has steadily dropped in the ratings and now is on a nice mark to win again. The eight-year-old is back on Turf and can run well. From a pole draw and with a low mass, he can sneak into the placings with some luck in running. It’s a small EW bet to close the weekend at big odds.
