TYRCONNELL was just pipped to victory in his last two starts. He is the form horse in this race and should be a banker for many Pick 6’s. I will be shocked if he does not run into the money.

Race 4 – 1600m (MR 71 Handicap)
PONGOLA is weighted to beat the favourite and I like the EW value. His run two races back catches the eye, and if repeating that effort, he should win.

ENGLISH PRIMROSE has finished second in her last three starts. She has been unlucky not to earn another win. She races with 55.5kgs, and should be in contention once again.

Race 6 – 1200m (FM 101 Handicap)
CAPTAIN’S CHRISTY ran in a Listed event last time against stronger and was not disgraced. If this race has not come too soon, she will have a big say in the outcome.

Race 7 – 1400m (FM 73 Handicap)
FORT J’ADORE has consistent form lines and multiple horses have won from her races. She has a good record over course and distance, and should be competitive.

Race 8 – 1400m (MR 94 Handicap)
IMPOSING has decent form and carries a handy mass of 52.5kgs. With some luck in running, he will be mowing them down at the finish. In the lucky last, he represents excellent EW value, so have a nice bet.
